Thru The Winter
The purpose of the Thru the Winter Challenge is to help keep you motivated and moving Thru the Winter months.

* We will have categories for the SHOE SHOTS this year and will be picking top shoe shot from each category.
Top shoe shot from each category will be put into drawing for a chance to win new pair of shoes!! ($120.00 value)

- Animal (pet or wildlife)
- Races (5K, 10K, ETC.)
Run or Walk in 3 months : Miles can be done Inside or Outside
(Trails, Pavement, Track, Mall Walking, Treadmill, Elliptical, Snow Shoes!). must be “FOOT” miles and an intentional activity
Run Only in 3 months: Miles can be done Inside(Treadmill, Indoor Track) or Outside Run Only!

- 4 outdoor run/walk: Dates= 01/13; 2/17; 2/24; 3/10 . All outdoor run/walks will be at 10:00 am. Locations will be at River Bends Park or Bloomer Park. We will mark the course so you can go at your own pace. Runners and Walkers welcome!
- Chance to win a prize! Send us your shoe shots throughout the month to our Facebook. Move It Fitness team will select the Top shoe shots for each month. Winners will have a prize mailed to them! If local we may hand deliver.
